Havent heard anything yet but Im assumign that if this building and 777 McCarter lease up entirely, the other empty lots will soon get some action

That pink colored building on Market Street next to the TD Bank. Looked like it used to be a motel. That building got torn down

Untrue. The developer is seeking to expand the parking lot next door to add around 70 parking spaces to the existing massive lot.

Ok you are referring to the old Spain Restaurant Lot. I was referring to the Lot Across the street from there. It used to be an abandoned ugly pink building next door to TD bank

That lot is worth way more than just 70 parking spots. Building vertically makes more sense
