Yeah I think mine is like $12. If someone can’t find less than $20 a month to protect literally all of their belongings then idk what to tell them. But I hope it isn’t true about the fire hydrants not working that’s a huge concern

This is why you have renters insurance and why most land lord’s require it as part of your lease. Why are they making the landlord look like they have some obligation to rehouse the family. Assuming that the Cause of the fire is not due to the landlords negligence.
