The Creation is a game changer.
The Kinks are bloody good
The Byrds, Badfinger.
The Dukes of Stratosphear is very Beatlesque
True, as is their main gig XTC.
Yep, Peter Pumpkinhead would fit right in
And Mayor of Simpleton
The Ruttles.
Early beegees
Ween
In the early days, The Dave Clark Five had that vibe, for sure
to a lesser extent, Tommy James and The Shondells, who writing his own stuff, for the most part
I came here to say this. Also would recommend Small Faces and The McCoys.

Klaatu. For a while, some were convinced they actually were the Beatles releasing an album under a pseudonym.
Give a listen to Sub Rosa Subway or Calling Occupants of Interplanetary Craft.
The Carpenters doing “Calling Occupants…” is something else.
ELO is good, if fairly obvious.
DDDBMT's also good, but a bit closer to the Moody Blues than the Beatles at times. Seconding the Byrds. The Monkees and early Jefferson Airplane are good, too.
The Move. ELO before ELO.
Hell, the Idle Race, too.
There are the artists that influenced the Beatles like Chuck Berry, Buddy Holly, Little Richard and Elvis.
The Rutles
All You Need is Cash
The Small Faces
The Hollies. Very similar to early Beatles.
Look up Emitt Rhodes.
He's kind of diamond in the rough singer songwriter from the 60s-70s who was called the "One-Man Beatles" because he his similar style to some of their stuff. I think he only put out one eponymous album before getting totally fucked over by his record label and quitting the music buisness. But that one album is great. He played, wrote, and produced the whole thing by himself.
Edit: Has a couple other albums, and then a 43 year hiatus in making another one ha.
The La's
Early beegees someone already said this but definitely is spot on. Took me by surprise a month ago when I dove into their early stuff
Harry Nilsson
The Monkees
Check out the album "Paper Mache Dream Balloon" by King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard. You won't turn it off for a month
Amazing album! Thanks 😊
Dave Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick, and Tich
XTC
Big Star
In a more garage band way. So many alt-rock bands were (and are) influenced by Big Star.
Oasis
This!

For earlier stuff: the Kinks first few albums, ? and the Mysterians, the Hollies, Paul Revere and the Raiders, the Tremeloes, the Creation, the Lovin Spoonful.
For later stuff: the Zombies, the Kinks later stuff, the Byrds, Love, the Beach Boys post-1966, Donvan's albums from Sunshine Superman onwards.
Missing loads but that's a good place to start.
