Just got some new headphones, they sound great. I’m wondering if you have some recommendations to really enjoy in the best high quality sound. All genres are in play here, and here’s a few of my own that I currently love:

Entire Dark Side of the Moon Album
You really want to listen to the albums that you already love, so that you can really hear the differences a good set of headphones make.
That said, albums aren't typically mixed in surround. You're just looking for well mastered albums.
Rage Against the Machine - Rage Against the Machine is a well mastered album.

I’d go with National Anthem. That bass line is killer! Idioteque is a banger too. Also got to love Just turned up high.
Hearing the opening to Money bounce around your living room is trippy and fantastic.

Not from that album/era of Floyd, but I used to take a copy of "On the Turning Away" to test out speakers and headphones.

Dire Straits the entire Brothers in Arms album.
Best produced record of all time, really enjoyable on nice gear.
