With Sympathy by Ministry probably qualifies here...not because it was specifically or even horribly "bad", though, because it really isn't for the time it was released in 1983. Maybe more for how it really isn't Ministry's sound, though. Grandpa Al wasn't anywhere near his full stride with that album.
