I subbed years ago when I was building a pc but this is the first post here that made me jump onto my wallet. The keyboard looks gorgeous and I'mabsolutelygoing to be buying this.

I'm still new to mechanical keyboard so I have a couple questions for the community. My current Havit mechanical keyboard says it uses Blue switches. How different are the switches on this keyboard? Which one should I get for a mix of typing/gaming? If I want to switch to a full layout keyboard in the future do I have to worry about different keycap switch compatibility?

Blue switches are clicky. The switch that i used is ktt rose are linear. They are so different from each other either the sound or the typing feel. There are three types of switches clicky, tactile and linear. You cannot go wrong gaming or typing with any switches. It depends on the preference. For the last question i am sorry, i don't know the answer. I am also new to this hobby.

You quite litteraly 'gotto try them all'. Can't really tell you what switch is best for what purpose. I personally use linear switches, the ones that do not click or have a bump in them.

And no, 99% of all keycaps fit 99% of switches, so you wouldn't have to worry about that.
