Most keycap sets with extra Shifts will also work in a pinch; otherwise, Novelkeys PBT and NicePBT sets have Alice/arisu spacebars included.

A lot of pbtfans, gmk, epbt, nicepbt, & drop dcx sets would work.
Pimpmykeyboard & aliexpress also offer individual spacebars.

Keychron has sets of Cherry PBT caps that include pretty much every keycap you would ever need. I just got a set and they seem like they ok quality-wise.
