You need to level the keyboard first, so the silicone sets completely flat.
Bottom of the case floor is usually at a different angle to the PCB that sits when you put it together. So you need to make sure the pour sets at the same angle as the PCB, which is usually the same as the angle of the bottom case's walls. Completely dependant on keyboard and it's design though.
Looks like OP levelled with some foam and paper. You could ask OP what he used as a reference point.
