looks like it, the distinct arrows with lines crossing the stem are pretty unique from what I’ve seen

In the pics on their site I can see a bunch of dots where the white goes into the blue a little bit, presumably to help the two colours stick together. I don't see them in your pic, your's looks super clean, is it something they've fixed?

they are slightly transparent. it’s a doubleshot whit base with transparent blue on top, pbtfans klein blue
