If you didn't get that confirmation email the instant you ordered then it may have not gone through. I had to email them a couple times about by order and their customer service seems on top of things, very short and to the point if you like that.

I didn't pay import tax, but from what I gathered in the site that's built into their shipping and the price of the board. The shipping was about twice what I expected to pay so it seems to make sense.

I haven’t to Poland, but did to EU. Didn’t pay any import tax/customs fees, and I read that it is common for Keychron keybs not being taxed when ordered to a EU country.

Regarding shipping, I think it said 15-25 working days, but it arrived in 7 working days (9 in total).

I bought twice directly from keychron.com (I'm in Lithuania) and the keyboards were delivered directly to the door basically (no additional import taxes, customs inspections or anything). Shipping cost though is 31 USD per keyboard/numpad. Doesn't seem to matter what kind of board you buy, it's always 31 USD per one keyboard (or numpad in case of Q0 or Q0 Plus).

yeah, i already ordered the keyboard but the shipping price was 13 or 14$ for me so idk why its like that, i just hope its not that cheap because it doesnt have the VAT price included or some shit

Around 2 weeks. It seems that they ship the package first to some depo in Netherlands and from there it gets shipped to your actual location.

Keychron has also polish website and shop.

wait, i just checked, it really does but no v4 for some reason

there is no v4 in any of those websites, and if it is its 60% more expensive, it doesnt matter anyway cuz i ordered it yesterday so

i was just asking about the shipping time and eventually the import tax price

I'm not from Poland but i am in the EU so it's the same. No import fee when i've bought from them, 3 times.
