Factory on Willow is a cousin to Mill No. 5 - some shops but still in its infancy.

I’m really hoping factory on willow gets to be more similar mill no 5, their only issue is parking and lack of walkability from downtown

There were talks of finishing the rail trail that goes right by the building and would make it easier to get to downtown. That + more rental bikes or scooter would help a lot. But I haven't seen any progress except for them surveying the land like 6 months ago.

That would be really cool! There was something similar when I lived in ATL

Ponce city market!! Just moved from Manchester to the ATL. Uses to live in Lowell and loved the Luna theater at Mill. no 5. Manchester has some cute speakeasy’s but a little market in a mill building would be rad.

I would love a little movie theater like the one in Mill No. 5 in Manchester. One that would play indie movies and repertory screenings. The one in Concord is nice but I guess I'd like one that I could walk to.
