To be fair, even if they build these apartments, they’re going to rent to more rich people anyway, just less rich than the home owners.

Exactly. Yarmouth just allowed one of these buildings to be constructed on Main St. This is the list price for a single unit. They aren't intended for younger people. They're intended for well off people to get a place in Yarmouth. Maine absolutely does not care about affordable housing.
