I like the bit about the hypothermia "umbles": stumbles, fumbles, mumbles, and grumbles.
It's interesting to read that Vaseline/ChapStick/etc doesn't help prevent frostbite. I was told as a kid that it could provide a wind barrier and prevent skin damage, and I have believed it this whole time. But there's a bunch of folks online talking about how it doesn't actually help much and you should use a face covering like a balaclava or something. I think it can help you not stick to things, but it won't keep you from getting frostbite.

Or just stay inside for the 2 days it's going to be cold. No need to prepare to trudge across the tundra. There's a heatwave coming next week.
