I'm gonna sliiiiide in here and call bullshit and then whip out my "this is obvious satire" card. A majority of Mainers are pretty smart.

Key word being "majority"...we have our idiots. Myself unfortunately included.

Maybe. The stuff like "dumbest state", "tornadoes" and "female criminals" is throwing me off. Maybe Minnesota does have a ĺot of tornadoes though, and/or Oklahoma does have a lot of criminals who are women. I can't attest to either; never been to either state.
