It might not be high beams. Some of the new headlights are just plain obnoxious. I forgot what they are called.

It's ridiculous, the other day I turned my high-beams on at an oncoming car who I thought had their high-beams on. The oncoming car turned their high-beams on and there was no difference.

If you need low-beams that bright to drive then you shouldn't be driving at night.

LED headlights blind me almost as much as high beams do. Humans get distracted by that degree of white light, it’s obnoxious and dangerous.

No most of the time its high beams because I turn mine on and they turn theirs off.
