I'm currently a dispatcher so I can absolutely multi-task, handle confidential info, great customer service skills, communication skills as well. I love to write, love to help people.

You may have the right combination of skills and passion to break into technical writing. There are many remote jobs in this field and you can find contract roles as well for side projects. Your blog may work as a writing portfolio, but it helps to have some examples of technical/instructional writing out there, even for entry level roles. People without paid experience often do some open source work to build a portfolio and network.

FYI
Basically, if you’re going to go the retail route, you won’t make shit until uou make management.
But once you do, you will be pretty well-off. My company just upped its matching to 10% for 401K. So I can’t imagine others won’t be higher or lower than that.

Honestly $64k with no degree is pretty good.. I’m not sure what you’re expecting to find but I can’t think of a job without a degree or certs that pays more and that isn’t the result of climbing the ladder at a single company for 10+ years. I’d stay put to be honest. Not sure this is a good time to be getting a new job anyways. New hires are always the first to go during layoffs.

Thank you. Yeah, I know. I do work 48 plus hours a week and sometimes a lot more when possible so a lot of that income is overtime. But you're right. Thank you again.

Consider remote customer service jobs to tap your communication, time management, and problem-solving skills - most do not require a degree - they will train you.

You're absolutely correct. It isn't that I don't make adequate money. It's that I might be interested in a new work environment at some point. I do know that I have a good income and overtime pay opportunities. I am lucky in that regard.
