If it falls on the line, then you're the asshole who didn't pay for preventive maintenance. There are many companies in Maine you can call. Don't wait. You took pictures and told your insurance already. Insurance is for after an accident, they don't want to cover things that can be prevented. You have given them proof to deny a claim if the tree falls on your neighbors property. They'll want to know why you knew there was an issue and didn't have it taken care of. Google tree service. They take it down safely in a short time. They can also let you know what other trees on the property may be a problem. You wouldn't send a picture or call your insurance company if you had a leaking pipe. You would call a plumber to take care of it. You are in Maine. Get a tree guy.
