As a pipe smoker, I can about guarantee this is going to have a negative impact on a hobby I lawfully enjoy. If it's anything like the last one they proposed, and I'll bet it's verbatim, it's going to read "flavored tobacco products", rather than just vape products, which is what all of the bill's proponents claim they are targeting. They're going to keep pushing this until it gets signed, no matter how many times they have to put it forward, which is probably easier than making an effort to fix any of the real issues the state is facing such as lack of mental health care, illicit drug use, homelessness, and the root causes of those issues.
