You could walk around the Walmart in Calais I guess, that’s all me and my friends did in high school other than drive around and waste gas. There really ain’t much here lol

The carnival out behind Ames is cool.

We haven't had an Ames, or a carnival, since 97!

It’s still there. It has always been there. It will always be there.

Get some tapes at Record Town and the paper at Mr. Paperback. Then a sandwich at the Cracker Barrel. Head over to the sears catalog store to pick up a craftsman lawnmower you ordered and then to Boot Camp Computers to get some blank disks to copy shareware from your buddy who got it at the mill. There’s always something to do in calais!

I'm curious as to when, exactly, this went live?

I ask because I have T-Mobile, and I was in Robbinston this past Friday, where I had no signal and had to use my sister's Verizon hotspot.

I drove up from woodland to Perry last night and robbinston was still a bit dicey compared to Verizon, once you hit Perry though it’s back on 5G. Does your phone support band 71?

Meanwhile, my Verizon phone is getting .2 mbps down on LTE in Kennebec county.

For the longest time our only option was US Cellular, so it’s nice to actually see other providers investing in the area. We only just got AT&T and Verizon a few years ago
