Generally, your OBGYN will help to guide you, also they strongly suggest you tour the facilities while pregnant so you can get a sense of ehat to expect.

All former maternity wards are birthing centers. Long gone are the days when you were in a plain white room with harsh lighting. I gave birth to my son 24 years ago at the Mercy Birthing center in portland.

12 year ago I gave birth to my daughter at the MMC birthing center, in my daughters case they had a birthing tub and shower en suite which I didn't use because luckily my labors are short.

Google reviews are kind of crap. I suggest going and visiting, and checking with your OBGYN.
