Not enough. And they’re doing away with incentives for picking up shifts and limiting time off.

They have been threatening this at my hospital too (a part MaineHealth) but we have entire units staffed by travelers as we speak!! So you think it would be cheaper to throw a couple bucks at regular staff.

It’s also such a slap in the face to see the 10 and $20,000 bonuses for new hires. Where is all of that money coming from?!
