If it’s the woodlands in Farmington I would not be surprised. They are famous across the state for being shitty

Pretty much all for profit nursing homes are bad and the woodlands company is no exception. I don’t know specifically about that location but a lot of the locations were chronically understaffed even before covid. I can’t remember the correct term but they are not skilled nursing, so most of the workers are just CNAs which is fine but a lot of the patients in those homes are much higher needs because they are some of the only dementia care homes in the state. I would suggest reading reviews to get a bigger picture. Also be aware that because of HIPPA it can be hard to find information on healthcare facilities treatment of patients so do be aware that some some things may just be rumors/not the whole story. If you can try and visit your aunt as much as you can that way you can keep an eye on how things are going.
