I feel like "Nomad" would be a better name for a food truck than a brick and mortar restaurant. But that's just me.

They actually started as a food truck back in 1948! Since then branched into a restaurant and actually originated in New Jersey/Philadelphia area - the owners have family up in Maine which is why they popped up recently here.
