This looks like a phone picture using simulated focus blur. Note the inexplicably in-focus section at the top of the image- I don’t think that’s natural

Interesting, I was wondering about the apparently random focus parts! I’m not a good photographer, clearly!

Haha, yeah I'm not sure why it focused how it did. I didn't spend much time messing around with it.
