i’m not familiar with yad2 but all real-estate website I know full of bullshit offers, that are way too cheap to be real and usually just a bait from some agent to get your number. Does you have any sort of filtering for those?

Getting a good data feed in order to build the project was the hardest part when I was buying my first house. I was copying and pasting from the MLS into excel and manually tidying. Pain in the ass tbh.
The model training and feature engineering parts to get a personalized ranking are fairly straightforward.

Thanks. I used mean absolute error. The error was around 80,000 NIS which is equal to 22,000 USD

Not really, but one of the features to model get is whether it is from an agent or a private person, so it may be able to catch that. I don't think I encounter that much on that site though

Yep. I scraped a couple of months of that site to get the initial data, and still collecting the new data everyday to re-train the model once in a while
