The NIH has released and is continuing to augment the All of Us dataset initiative which will have tons of health data available for researchers to work with. Most data will never be completely publicly available due to privacy and HIPAA issues but still is a very valuable research asset that's being developed.

Here's the data browser provides a snapshot of data that's freely accessible (mostly aggregate date the more in-depth information that has individual level data is only accessible by registering for a higher tier.
