Check out that company on Glassdoor. See if others have put details on interviews so you can have a vague idea on what to expect. And so you can possibly prepare ahead of time.

Lead with that. "I'm really interested to see how different banking is from the administration work I'm experienced in. Banking is administration of money, so it seems like a good foundation to build on."

It shows you're interested in taking on something new and you have good skills that may give you an advantage.

No real experience with any of this, but, with it being a call centre job and they are indicating there will be role-playing, it is probably a guarantee that they will be throwing some aggressive/difficult/irrational customers at you. Be prepared to be able to keep your cool and to be able to de-escalate the situation.
