Starting your day off on the right foot can set the tone for the entire day. Here are a few tips to help you wake up and make a great day:

Get enough sleep: Make sure you are getting enough sleep each night to feel rested and energized in the morning. Aim for at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night.

Set a positive intention: Before getting out of bed, take a moment to set a positive intention for your day. This could be anything from "I will approach challenges with a positive attitude" to "I will focus on being kind to myself and others today."

Drink water: Drinking a glass of water first thing in the morning can help rehydrate your body and give you a boost of energy.

Move your body: Even just a few minutes of stretching or light exercise in the morning can help wake up your body and mind.

Plan your day: Take a few minutes to plan out your day and prioritize your tasks. This can help you stay organized and focused throughout the day.

Remember, the key to making a great day is to approach each moment with a positive attitude and a willingness to be present and engaged in your experiences. With a little effort and intention, you can create a fulfilling and rewarding day, every day!

I saw this post and I knew, I absolutely knew that drink water would be here.

Thank you for not disappointing with one of this sub's most absurd, nonsense, regurgitated topics that seemingly go on and on, ad nauseam.

IME it’s been really simple. Sleep and exercise from the stuff you mentioned. But also creating something or working on something creative. Could be a little doodle, a small journal entry, a review for a book or a movie. Something that wasn’t only just consumption or work

LPT: let go of the pressure you put on yourself to have a “fulfilling and rewarding day” everyday. There’s nothing wrong with gratitude and trying to feel good and be productive. But also there’s nothing wrong with having a day here and there where you’re just not feeling it or where things actually do suck.

The real advice would be how to have a good day despite not sleeping well.

I am tired of LPTs being like "Just get your life together, you'll see that it's amazing"

he's right. The majority of americans are dehydrated.

it needs to be repeated so much because so many people aren't drinking water. Just drink water. you don't need any other drink and almost everything else is just not good for you.

national institute of health says 75% of americans are chronically dehydrated. that's just from a simple google "are americans dehydrated?" lol

Like it's so common knowledge that i'm honestly surprised i need to source this for you. it's as factual as the sky is blue at this point. look at your own fridge. How many diet cokes do you drink per day? lol.
