national institute of health says 75% of americans are chronically dehydrated. that's just from a simple google "are americans dehydrated?" lol

Like it's so common knowledge that i'm honestly surprised i need to source this for you. it's as factual as the sky is blue at this point. look at your own fridge. How many diet cokes do you drink per day? lol.
