Sleep in a dark room so your brian makes melatonin, avoid using your bed/ bedroom for more than sleep, establish and keep a schedule, be wary that it only takes like 2 wonky days to disrupt an already established schedule, and try to avoid over-relying on sleeping pills or on energy drinks.
