I know it sounds obvious but it’s really good for people that struggle with sleep and what not. If it’s passed 8 pm and you’re tired and you don’t have anything planned for the rest of the day. Just go to sleep! You will seriously feel way better when you wake up the next day. It’s something I’m learning as I get older to stop putting my sleep off by watching another episode of my Netflix show or looking at my phone for an hour before bed. If you’re sleepy just sleep.
