Place one pillow under your knees, and tuck the remaining two under each arm along your body like this. After a lifetime of sleeping on my side, I was finally able to break the habit and give my rotator cuff a break.

I have a hip problem and have been trying to sleep on my back with no success. I'm gonna give this a try tonight! Thanks for sharing!
