Yes but it will lead to you not being able to listen to the song at all even when it isn't in the morning because it will remind you of the feeling that you have in the morning.

Or rotate through a few songs, so you hear stuff you like, but no single song feels overplayed.
Going to bed on time helps a lot in not dreading the waking up too.

Not always the case. Anecdotally, I've been waking up to Chop Suey and Let The Bodies Hit The Floor for years and they're still part of my regular playlist.
