I'll just need a small loan of a million dollars.

Yes! And then dedicate all your good years into making money. Money will buy you health, happiness and memories. You'd just go to the "experiences" shop at age of 60 and buy it all!

I tried to buy the local internet provider (56k dial up) many years ago. I was only 21 and couldn’t get the 12k financing to buy it. My parents wouldn’t help and I didn’t blame them. They said, “you will never make money being an internet provider”. It sold 5 years later for 3 million. It had been upgraded to dsl at that point.

This is bizarre logic. Why are health, happiness and memories not simultaneously available to you while running a business? Why is it either/or?

It's capitalism. Running a business requires your undivided attention for long time. Unless you are extremely lucky, you can say goodbye to private life.
What makes you think you can be more efficient at doing what you do than dozen of other people in your area who are doing this for decades now? You won't be. So you need to make up by spending ungodly amount of time on this. Have you seen a business owner working 3-4 hours a day just after starting their business? I doubt that. That's how much I worked right after finishing my education, and I made enough money for comfortable life.
