Australia. Stuff is pro rata, at least where I worm atm. so you earn 2 hours of paid sick leave and annual leave every week. If you have no paid balance, you can do sick unpaid.

Blue collar in the states. We don't get them, and companies on average get 2 weeks vacation. Yep. Ten whole days. So if you wanna get paid while sick, good luck having time off for another year. White collars do get them.
