Weather radios, older remotes, anywhere they may leak and ruin devices. And recycle, don't toss the old ones. Time change dates are easiest to remember, or set 1 or 2 annual reminders. by Njtotx3

This is s generally tip, for stuff not used frequently. Granted, not really a lpt.

There's countless remotes besides tvs.
Raio, fan, ac, heat, humidifier, dehumidifier, air filter, garage door, alarms, windows, doors, shade screens, gates, etc.
