Good tip. For ones that won’t stay in the disassembled device, you can stick them all to a strip of painters tape and attach that to the device. Or better, a small plastic baggie taped to it.

This is exacly how i lost a screw, cause it fell off under my heavy bookcase after i picked up the fixure.
