When we wake up in the morning, we are 2-3 centimeters taller than your normal height. This is because the fluid in our spinal cord and discs is replenished while we sleep.

Hahaha that's a really good idea
Don't you think that being closer to the basket increases the chances of the turnstile going to the basket?
I mean yea but a 6'2 guy has a higher chance to be good than a 5'8 guy
Well, 3cm is just over an inch, so it's more like a 5'9 guy vs a 5'8 guy
I wish I were a little bit taller
One this is donkey brained but I’ll have fun with it:
As others have pointed out your opponents would presumably have the same benefit so the real tip is to play in the afternoon after sleeping in until 3pm
I hooped for 12 years and let me tell u that I fucking HATED hooping in the morning(practice or game). Your muscles aren’t fully awake/they’re sore from the previous day, your cognitive functions aren’t 100% ready and it’s so hard to eat properly and in the best time frame possible before it(cos u need to be on an empty stomach for 1,5-2 hours before u hoop). Best time to go hoop is mid day
That’s not how basketball works at all because with extra height comes extra difficulty with generating enough force to get off the ground. There’s a reason ja morant is much more athletic than tako fall
