Definitely could be a factor, but people can just be so cynical sometimes. There's always gonna be a loophole or situations in which certain advice doesn't apply. So all I'm saying is if you feel inspired or uplifted, just go with it.

That's an incredibly dangerous game to play. "Yes Man" Jim Carrey could have ended much more quickly and brutally, and following some LPTs without checking the comments would've done it.
