Knowing exactly where the pipes, wires, and ducts are may prove invaluable some day, and even if you never use them the next owner will appreciate it. by Needleroozer
My folder full of blueprints for our house disagrees. Only need it once every few years, but without it certain repairs or alterations would be impossible.
