Also some bicep curls will pump your veins up
True. Makes giving blood substantially easier.
True! Any sort of exercise will help get your blood flowing really
going to a blood test dehydrated is like 'don't do #1'.
i remember we used to have blood drives at an office i worked at. i was super young. but everyone went to go give blood so i tagged along because why not give blood, that's a good person thing to do. so i went and it was like 10am and all i had was a cup of coffee since like 7am. probably didn't even drink any water the night before because i was terrible about drinking water when i was young.
made that mistake one time. 😂
But not like 3 liters in 1 hour, be reasonable so you don't end up with electrolyte imbalance.
3 litres in an hour is likely to kill you, your kidneys can't process more than about a litre an hour
Yup my grandma did something like that and ended up in the ER.

Medical Lab Tech here. Can't stress showing up hydrated enough. Also avoid caffeine if you can help it.
If you drink water your blood will seem weak. So what you do is save up some of your blood in the fridge for a few weeks, then drink that.
Boom! Guaranteed to make the blood nurses all hot and bothered by your manliness.
