I work from home and sit at my desk in my expensive chair that is supposed to help. There are some tips like stretching and looking away from your computer every 20 minutes. I’m not very dedicated to the stretching though and people who work in an office may not like standing up and stretching front of everyone throughout the day. What are some other tips?

Buy a kitchen timer or whatever, set it for every hour. When the alarm goes off, get up, stretch, whatever.

I have a desk that can change in height. So i can stand and work. I also have a barstool it works amazing.

Interesting. I have some butcher block walnut I built on to one of those sit/stand desks. But for some reason I find it hard to focus on what I’m doing when I’m standing. I’ll start out standing but when I really need to focus on something I go back to sitting.

Make rounds of coffee regular, has lots of social benefits too if the coffee making area is in another part of the office.

get a treadmill, any boring meetings just take a walk. Even if it's 1 mph

Watch your wrist placement when typing. Carpal tunnel is painful. Make sure your screen is at or just above eye level to prevent neck and upper back pain.

When I worked in an office building I would park far from the building so I had to walk more. I would use the stairs instead of the elevator. I would also go outside and take a walk during my lunch break, sometimes eating while I walked.
