I use my hand with the fingers spread out like you would scratch the top of your head and you have a crazy itch.

Rotate your wrist rapidly for maximum effect.

A whisk that can be used on nonstick sounds reasonable to use in the bath to get bubbles going. Maybe attempt to make water whirlwinds with it. Attach a bell to the handle and hope to make it really next level up. Maracas maybe too for singing with while soaking. Black light to showcase the bubbles. Where is my wine? Think I need a bath.
