Naw, going in sauce, I'll sip Canadian while I work at home on bbq. I have a big trailer bbq unit I built for parties, and hosted a number of luaus when I could borrow an excavator. Whole hog was just a thing growing up and I like cooking and hearing bluegrass 4 days straight 24/7. Yes I play

Yep, black coffee and bourbon barbecue sauce.
One and a half cups red wine vinegar. 1 and 1/2 cups ketchup one cup of pork broth half cup of packed dark brown sugar 1/2 cup of freshly strong brewed coffee quarter cup of bourbon smoked meat pan drippings optional a little bit of salt. Thats for sure. I stocked up on Turkey for 69 cents a pound. Had thighs last night in a fabulous left over sauce, and will marinate a bird today.
