Same here but for other activities. If I exercise two times a week, how many minutes do I spent on it daily? I don't know what 2/7th of an hour is.

For an hour twice a week, 0.25hrs per day average is very close to being accurate.

I get that, thanks :) I think it would be good to ask for weekly spent time on activities though since it is easier to estimate and calculate. Lots of the activities you ask for aren't done daily, but probably weekly or biweekly.
