With all of the conspiracy theories about it how do you think the Pyramids were built? Just a physically massive amount of slave labor pulling tons of material up impossible inclines, or more advanced machinery than we realized or are you one of those that say that there is an extra-terrestrial element to it?

What is true and not true about Nabta Playa? I watched documentaries saying it was 20,000 years old and more, some also claim it tells the star distances. What's real?
