• Acknowledge and accept your feelings of suffering, instead of denying or suppressing them. This can help you move through the experience, rather than getting stuck in it.

• Practice mindfulness to stay present in the moment and avoid getting lost in thoughts and emotions that can amplify suffering.

• Cultivate an attitude of gratitude and try to focus on the positive aspects of your life, no matter how small they may seem.

• Reframe your thoughts and view challenges and suffering as opportunities for growth and learning.

Don’t be ashamed of the suffering. It is part of the human experience. Seek help if the suffering is controlling a part of your life.

To help someone asend their suffering would mean possibly putting them in a position to do better than myself. Especially if they are already doing OK while suffering. Also their suffering is their own fault, I didn't do anything. Why should I exhaust my resources for someone else. There isn't a lack of resources, some people just aren't resourceful.

Couldn’t… and I’m not afraid to admit I failed. Meant the world to me. Couldn’t even convince her of as much. NGL! Made me question my very self. Still working through these new demons(doubts). Everyone has their own time, best support is patience and understanding.

I may (definitely) spend too much time listening to true crime podcasts but this sounds like a serial killer's mantra to me.

Interesting quote though there's something unsettling about this font.

Unless you're religious and the person suffering is Jesus. You'd be kind of fucking up a whole chapter of the Bible book.
