What changes did you make to get in so many steps? How are you feeling?

Everyday after work I do a walk till I'm over 10,000, plus at least once a week I do a walk up in the hills (most of my city is flat). I have always enjoyed walking but let life get in the way, trying to make it a standard part of my day now
