Certainly puts life into perspective in how little time we have to spend it on the wrong types of people.

I will place this on top of my phone wallpaper, the "homepage," so every time I unlock my phone, this poster will remind me every time I regret saying goodbye.

When you think about how limited your time really is, you start to realize how much there is to do with so little time to do it.

I’m the Corps we called something like this a Short timers calendar. This seems more like a countdown to death.

Reminders of our own mortality can be a stressor but also a great motivator.

I experience moderate depression and a lot of time time my symptoms manifest as difficulties getting myself out of bed, which leads to tons of unnecessary stress, shame, and regret which only feeds into the depressive episodes.

I put up a “weeks of my life” poster just like this one and these days I spend a lot less time in bed.

It would be better if they started marking the week off in pen / pencil.

I'm thinking of making this but with the averages of my grandparents worked in as a tighter reminder. Also perhaps the average life expectancy for when I was born.

It does not mean you will get to a line or that you will not pass it by far. But it provides some context. Rather then some random 100 or 110 years.

Right? Once you find out you’re immortal death just becomes what it is, a 4D construct that stops your resonance with 3D realities you’re no longer compatible with. There is no ticking time bomb to fear, it was all in your head.

This mento board looks different.

I've seen ones that assume your death. And so, each time you count your remaining time left, you're motivated to live each day accomplishing your life tasks.
