Do u know bout Mel Robbins? Watch/read e.g. her Ted about motivation. Her 5 Second Rule saved my life! (When u feel the urge to do some 'uncomfortable' task - you have 5 seconds to move physically, otherwise your brain starts talking u out of it!)
